By accessing or using RallyCamp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RallyCamp is a group trip planning application that allows users to organize trips, manage participants, coordinate items and expenses, and create schedules. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.

4. User Conduct

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by RallyCamp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RALLYCAMP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RallyCamp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Service and Terms

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RallyCamp regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
