Cancellation Policy

Overview

RallyCamp offers flexible cancellation options via the Stripe Customer Portal. You can cancel at the end of the current billing period or immediately, depending on your needs.

Cancellation Options

Cancel at Period End

• Remains active until the current billing period ends
• Access to paid features continues until expiration
• Can be reactivated before the period ends

Cancel Immediately

• Access to paid features stops immediately
• Account remains on a free tier where applicable
• New subscription required to regain paid access

How to Cancel

1. Sign in to your RallyCamp account.
2. Navigate to Account → Subscription.
3. Click Manage Billing to open the Customer Portal.
4. Choose Cancel at period end or Cancel immediately.

For lifetime plans (one-time purchase), there is no recurring billing and cancellations do not apply.

Refunds After Cancellation

Cancellations at period end do not typically result in a refund because service continues until the end of the billing period. Immediate cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund only in specific cases (e.g., duplicate charges or documented service issues). See our Refund Policy for details.
