RallyCamp is a subscription-based software service. We aim to be fair and transparent about refunds while protecting our platform and users. This policy explains when refunds may be issued and how to request one.

Eligibility

• Accidental charge or duplicate billing: Eligible for full refund once verified.
• Technical issues preventing use: Eligible for a pro-rated or full refund where we cannot provide a reasonable workaround.
• Unauthorized charge: Eligible once verified and the account is secured.
• Change of mind: Generally not eligible after access to paid features has begun.

Note: Refunds for promotional, trial, or one-time lifetime plans may be limited or not available depending on the offer terms.

Subscription Periods

• Monthly plans: Refunds are typically pro-rated only in cases of documented service issues or billing errors.
• Annual plans: Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion for significant service issues; otherwise, cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
• Lifetime plans: Non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact support at support@rally.camp from your account email.
2. Include your order details (plan, date, and any relevant screenshots or error messages).
3. Our team will acknowledge within 2 business days and typically resolve within 5–7 business days.

If your subscription was purchased via a mobile app store, refunds may need to be requested through the respective store's policies.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to investigate and resolve billing issues. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

Compliance

We comply with local consumer protection laws and platform requirements. This policy may be updated to reflect legal or product changes.
