Getting started

Create your account and plan your first trip.

How do I create a trip?

From your dashboard, select “New trip,” give it a name and dates, and you’ll get a shareable trip space. You can invite participants right away or add them later.

How do I invite people to a trip?

Open the trip and use “Invite participants” to share a join link. Anyone with the link can request to join, and trip organizers approve who comes along.

Can I have more than one trip at a time?

Yes. The number of simultaneously active trips depends on your plan — Base Camp covers casual planning, and paid plans raise the limit. See the Pricing page for current limits.

How do roles work?

Organizers can edit trip details, manage participants, and assign packing responsibilities. Participants can view the plan, claim packing items, and log shared expenses.

Packing lists

Build packing lists and let AI suggest what to bring.

How does AI packing-list generation work?

Open a trip’s packing list and choose “Generate with AI.” RallyCamp suggests items based on your trip type and details. You can edit, add, or remove anything before sharing it with the group.

Why am I hitting an AI usage limit?

AI features have per-plan daily and monthly limits to keep costs predictable. If you reach a limit, it resets on the next cycle, or you can upgrade for a higher allowance.

Expenses

Track shared costs and see who owes what.

How do I log a shared expense?

In a trip, open “Expenses” and add the amount, who paid, and how it’s split. RallyCamp keeps a running tally so the group can settle up fairly.

Schedule

Keep everyone aligned on the day-by-day plan.

How do I add events to the trip schedule?

Open the trip’s “Schedule” tab and add events with a date, time, and description. Everyone on the trip sees the same up-to-date itinerary.

Billing & account

Manage your subscription, profile, and data.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Go to Account → Subscription and open the billing portal to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Changes take effect according to your current billing cycle.

How do I update my profile photo?

Go to Account → Profile and upload an image. Your new avatar appears across your trips once the upload finishes.

How do I request deletion of my data?

You can delete your account from Account settings, or email privacy@rally.camp for data requests. We process these in line with our Privacy Policy.
